Come fly with the Knights. Then you can experience getting crushed by both sides at once on a regular basis.  :D The good side is usually there is no shortage of fights.

Hell if they work together in the slightest I might just do that.....I can't stand it when people refuse to work together. That's the reason I love flying in the DHBG - We have 30 buff pilots working with 3 fighter squad escorts...the teamwork is outstanding.....but it only happens on squad nights most of the time.

(hell the nits own the map in LWB - or at least they did last night lol)

That they :cry about no one covering them, then you see the same loser, he sits and waits for a pick while you're trying to bail someone out, and refuses to help.

Then they :cry about not being able to take a base - well quit flying f***ing spitfires and brew brews over there and bring some BOOM BOOM.

Then they :cry about furball killers - You JUST said you wanted to take the base....so we drop the FH and BH... *face palm*

So now it's my turn to  :cry because I can't handle it anymore. It's like the squeakers took over AH  :O

You are so naive to think the other sides are any different. You think a Chess symbol changes the way people act? If you were really a US Marine you would be smart enough to know this.

If you weren't such a Sierra Alpha you'd read what I said at the VERY TOP of my first post

As of today - after flying ONLY Bishop for over 10 years....you have COMPLETELY lost my support.
(Yes, I know all countries do the following but god #@mn!t)

Don't pick a fight or troll me and expect to win. You bring my EGA into this I will rip out your soul.

Nothing but lazy, score padding, picking, non-check sixing, crying, fail piloting, base takeophobes that can't work together to answer whether or not a male is supposed to have a noodle....You can't come together if God himself came down and pointed in a direction to go....

Thanks for the laugh Marine, thats just GD Funny right there  :aok  :rofl

Matters not what country you are on not at all. They are all about the same. What will make the difference & get what you are asking for is your squad mates. Have them do that & frankly that is all you can ask for.

So in turn, you are whining that others arent cooperating to your style of gameplay.

I have news for you. Im amazed if you claim that you been playing for 10 years that you havent come to the realization that people arent being productive unless they are hording.

gotta take the good with the bad here. Your not going to always be the victor in every situation. Complaining on the bbs just makes it that much funnier :lol

Post by: MarineUS on January 22, 2011, 11:33:55 AM
I normally fly with squaddies, but they've been far and few lately (they've been hit hard with the economy, which is fine). It's just - if you don't want to work together, don't ask everyone to flock over there so the enemy will up and get you more targets.

Yes, squelch - well the thing is....there's over 8 of 'em....and good golly jee I sure do get tired of pre-flight squelches.

and TRALFZ I just needed to vent and grab a cookie. I realize that as Bishops - we get r4ped whenever we do something, but it's been since before November that I've seen anyone work together (other than chewie missions). Just cry cry cry about how some noob HO'd you when it take two to HO. *stab* MWAHAHA

and a few other names. I've had to leave and come back several times for military play time. The other kids weren't sharing the sandbox.

It's funny how cute you trolls are. Picking at me being a Marine. Army Infantry hasn't lead the way in a long time brother. What's that famous quote again..."We have 3 Army battalions pinned down on the northern half of the island and 2 companies of Marines running rampant in the south.", something like that right?

btw it's "Rangers lead the way." - still Army, but not the infantry. 'rah?

Off topic: Army = Occupational Force
USMC = Invasion force

USA has the best Army in the world.....but....it's still the ARMY. ;)

As a Marine, I don't cry. I b!tc|-|, moan and complain. Or gripe. Whichever you prefer.

0331 with lat move to 3112 with 0331 billet. MA Deuce is my b!tc|-|.

Sooooo - please find better trolling methods other than the 12 year old fake wannabe Marine crap. I earned my Eagle Globe and Anchor at Parris Island. 3rd Batt. Lima Co. PLT 3024. Would you like the name of my SDI?

Just an FYI sweet heart: Idc if they play the way I do. It's their $14.95. They just need to quit :cry when someone does what they want them to do and their fun disappears for 5 minutes. It's not like we're intelligent enough to fly a goon in anyway.

And no, it STILL takes TWO to HO. You can always dive down or get behind, you just get fed up and AGREE with the HO. Idgaf who you are, that's how it is. I know this because I see it happen and I hear people go "He wants to HO, then we'll HO" on vox :/
What's that motto that's sooo popular on this bbs? Something like "Don't fight his fight, make him fight yours." ??? - yeah, it takes two to HO.

I didn't take the GAME serious enough to use the soul thing either, he brought in me being a Marine. My father STILL tells me I didn't earn a GD thing and that they lied to him at my graduation about how Marines are this and that. God himself isn't allowed to tell me I didn't earn my Eagle Globe and Anchor.

You are so naive to think the other sides are any different. You think a Chess symbol changes the way people act? If you were really a US Marine you would be smart enough to know this.

Actually I think they are a bit different! Been flying against the horde for all 3 for awhile and this is what I think:

Bish actually have more mishions than any, probably cause they have more peeps in bish that will actually put together a mishun. This is probably why most think bish horde more?

Knights have 1 or 2 mishion planners but that is it, also knights "from what I've seen" are usually the low #d country "not always". With that said no other country hordes more with less :), nits enjoy the "cherryfest more than any other, once a cherry fest gangbang starts it's like all of nitland has to dip there junk in. Take note of country #s and once a cherryfest begins I would say a full 1/3 of nits will be there.

Rooks, everyone says it and I think in a weird way they like alt more than most, no way to prove it but I think there is something to it. Rooks seem the least organized to me, maybe "organized" is not the correct term maybe it's motivation. I found unless WOT is workin a base than rooks really don't do much base stuff. Rooks seem to be the most solitary group enjoying the game in less concentrated #s most of the time. Just my opinion, although as humans will be human all countries should be a virtual mirror image of each other!

I think each countrys style actually hinges on just a few of the characters in each country. Most humans are sheeple (followers) so the mass will take on the persona of the most influental few!   Welcome to earth  :)

No, I am greater than no other man, just more intelligent than some. I didn't say GOD couldn't do this or that. I said he couldn't tell me I didn't earn my EGA.
You obviously don't know the saying.

"We stole the eagle from the air force, the anchor from the navy, the rope from the army, and on the 7th day, when, God rested, we overran his perimeter and have been running the world ever since."

I am also a Christian. Better learn who I am before you criticize my character.

Assuming what you said went right over my head before it spilled out of your mouth onto the floor is delightfully funny. Please entertain me some more. :)

(btw - It takes 2 to HO - make him fight your fight - if it ends up in a HO then it is your fight. There are other ways to merge.)

Well I must agree with him partly.

Knits never do crap except furball, great contribute to the war there!
Rooks almost always have bishops outnumbered, so not alot for Bishops to do/win there.
Just like the other day me and a friend rolled M4's to a rook base,we had 2 tanks they upped 15 M4 76's at the least.
An hour later someone puts a mission together 2 rooks held the base in wirbs, all because everyone was in Brews and Spits and only 3 people brought any ords at all, and those guys were in Spixteena's. FML

I haven't seen you do anything outstanding marine. I log a decent amount of hours on the bish side and have never once seen you on country trying to put anything together. As a Marine I think you would make the effort to put something together instead of running to the forums and cry about it. Oh well thats what I get for thinking
I setup missions from time to time. I actually ran one earlier this week in LWB I think it was? I'm a mission nut though. Very rarely am I not in the mood to join a mission.

I must say Ink that if you turn away from the enemy con's nose, and I know that I try to every time, then you are getting hit with a deflection shot and it is no longer a Head On solution.  So it does take two willing pilots to joust in a Head On.

I fly bish most of the time, but this morning the Knits were really down on numbers.  So I switched, and what did I find...Chewie mission after chewie mission.  I'm sorry to say they were easy to find, and easy to stop. At one point Bish were trying to take 51 with about 30 P-38s,  I flew right past all of the 38s and whacked the goons.  It was amazing how easy that was.

There is so much more to AH than just running mission after mission with overwhelming numbers.  But I guess some don't see it that way.

I also want to <Salute> the knights that were on this morning, pretty nice group of guys.

im not gonna bother responding to "marine" hes a cry baby, just because he may be a marine dont change that fact....and most "Christians" ive met are blind being led by the blind. but to those who think it takes 2 to HO these are who I am responing to....it takes one, imagine you are fighting multi cons,im sure many have been in this situation, the nme just keep comming in and firing at you face first, you avoid as best as you can, but no matter what, they use NO ACM just straight at you firing away, you know if you were facing them they would do the same thing, and in a 1vs multi con fight  they all do it,they are HOing you, plain and simple just because you may have avoided the mutual HO and now his shot may be slightly deflected does not change the fact that he came with NO ACM and tried to face shoot ya,it's really simple if you think about it,I used to believe it took two to HO, but no,only one.one person HO's another you ether accept their HO,with a return HO or avoid it. Quite simple

ink - you're the blind one who is too afraid to see something and so into your own religion that you seem to forget that your god is a just, loving and forgiving god with the power to wipe you out at his will.

Anyway as for HO - did you ever think that maybe when you're attacking 1 and the other jumps in that they weren't originally HOing you? :uhoh

And I reserve the right to act like a girl Junky. Go grab a needle  :devil

And r-tardstar: Yeah. PI. Read your post kind of late Marine.  I understand where you're coming from.  Tis the exact reason why the 125th does "Tour of Duty" (squad level).  We're one of those nasty squads that change countries for the very reason of your complaint.  We call Rookland home base and tour there for 6 months, then for 2 months each we move to Bish and Knights.  Wash, rinse, and repeat.

Helps prevent>>>>>> :bhead regarding any particular country (he he....still happens though  :D).

Yeah, because I didn't back down from the fight the trolls through up? Or because I finally blew up at the kiddies on Bish? Picking a fight, it's the job of a Marine. We drink, we cuss, we get more tail on libo, and we pick fights with impossible odds. Why? Because it's how we operate. I will NOT apologize for carrying on the tradition and keeping my mind and mouth one. Being politically correct is going to kill this nation and I will take no part in it.

Like I said in a previous post in another thread: "I couldn't care less what the people on this forum think of me. They're just people on the internet. I've got nothing to prove to them." - I just bite on trolls. Why? Because like this entire thread, I've managed to shut them down one after another.

Yeah I'm a "proud Marine", find one that isn't. Acting like a child? I'll be three until I die. When you grow up, life gets boring. Remain a child, just learn responsibility and life is so much better.

I don't know how many times I've :bhead because of the Rook's standard, "roll over and play limp".  But there is always something to do for me, even if some of it can get annoyingly tedious.  One of which is the task of scouting out for enemy CV's.  Another is taking out troops, fuel and ords at bases.  AH doesn't have much strategic worth, but it can still be fun to hit the Capital as well (I still say flak over the Capital is too light and too much focuses on 1 set of planes instead of filling the sky).  For me, it's a little tedious because I don't waste time hitting the factories before the Industrial Center has been heavily damaged.  I want to make it hurt after all. :devil

It's the map guys. Just the map - and some aspects of learning curve that stay too much hide.

If it's booring, as yestarday and today (in orange) probably it was, then you lost the will to do missions.

What do a map booring or not is something not analyzed very well
because it relies on the psychological side.

Possible factors:

kind of Landscape;

kinds of targets;

Strategic options;

It's also another thing: Chewi, 32Bar, ghi, busher and so on missions are very funny !!! and requires squadrons.

It seems that We have less squads then knights or rooks - let think about how much big is the claimjumper squad !!

The absence of more small target limit drastically the learning curve of players that are not in a squadron (and not too much yet skylled) to build together a mission experience - because obviously the possibility of failure is too high!    :old:  (This is a BIG limit of AH).

 :salute

marine. i gotta say, youre a great guy and all... but 10AM and youre expecting the morning bish to be a fighting force? :rofl youd be better off getting lemonade from a cow's udder...

Times of day also make an impact on the style each country flies as. In EST mornings, alot of bish furbers are online. in EST nights, alot of base takers are online. each country takes shifts kinda in a funny way... :aok

cuz you were on at 10AM, you didnt get the fun crowd you like. Now you know why the 20th flies nights... :noid not cuz we are mostly EST CST members who work daily or go to classes or anything :noid its the morning bish... they drove us away... :noid

Well MarineUS, I played AH since 2005 and it is a lot different today.  For one, a lot of good sticks are not around anymore.  A few still play although the fights become more boring rather than "How the hell did you do that!?!" excitement.  It is not just the skill leveal of the player, it also the changes of the game.  Perk rides, to accurate puffy ack, lower radar to 65 ft and extended out,new graphis and town capture flag, new rides and the lates, cap area reset in the off hours.  People change with the game, but all to do the same but go a different way of how they played with the changes.

Please, get the infantry motto right. I can't recite the whole poem from memory but I know the first line.

I am the Infantry--Queen of Battle! For two centuries I have kept our Nation safe, purchasing freedom with my blood. to tyrants, I am the day of reckoning; to the oppressed, the hope for the future. Where the fighting is thick, there am I...I am the Infantry! FOLLOW ME!

Hooah!

Come fly with the Knights. Then you can experience getting crushed by both sides at once on a regular basis.  :D The good side is usually there is no shortage of fights.

All 3 deployments I made when I was in the Navy were with Marines and I worked with them. When my battalion went to Marjeh we worked with Marines. I have always like Marines just like my JTACS from the Air Force when I have them. Everyone has paid a price in Iraq and Afghanistan. Junky, you need to tone down the trash. The biggest thing the Marines have that no one else does: Discipline ! Infantry can't lead the way unless, we FO's drop the Steel Rain aka Big Bullet little sky. Marine, this NCO has your back  :salute.... Junky save it for the Taliban.
