Back in the day he had his own exercise show...... the first one on TV I believe.

He invented the pully/cable machines you are working out on today (assuming you're working out using any type of pulling/cable machine)

I can remember his old show.....he used to work out in a jumpsuit......and he used to do all his shows with his white German Sheppard "Happy".
