Title: Did anybody bother to scroll past the A6M?
Post by: Dichotomy on February 01, 2011, 09:07:55 AM
As much wailing and gnashing of teeth as goes on here about 'we need new maps' are you guys telling me that NOBODY noticed this?

It's a fun map sadly it is reset in less than 24 hours each time. At least in Early war.

Yup, it has all the possibilities for a non-ending furball in the center.... Until the land-grabbers rank the CV's away for their missions of utmost strategic WHATEVER!

Noticed it, played it, then bi!@#ed and complained on the forums for three days after since it got rolled and reset within 12 hours for one of the same overplayed mega maps that has been up for almost a week on end.

Why do you ask?  Didn't get to see it?  Not surprised since unless you were lucky enough to play the game in that very small window, you would think nothing has changed or been added that's new in the last few weeks/months (I know it's a snow/weather day for HTC, but *HINT* *HINT*).

OK, but seriously, I was happy to see it up again in one of the MAs this weekend, I think it lasted longer too and more people got to see and experience it this time.

It is a beauty for sure.   What causes it to get reset so quickly?   Something in the design?

It resets quickly in MW too.

It's a beaut of a map.

Seems the farmers love it too.

It's new and nice, so it holds everyone's attention (including those heavily-focused on base taking and map winning) anywhere from 10-100x better than the more played-out 300+ base maps that are always up.
