Title: THE BLUE ANGELS
Post by: CAP1 on February 08, 2011, 11:34:59 PM
are going to be at Milleville Airport on Memorial Day weekend.

so what do you tristate doods think? can any of you get permission from your boss's(aka the wives) to take that sunday at the airport? i know some of you live a couple of hours....and others live within only a few miles. either way, milleville airport offers a lot.
keep in mind that milleville was americas first defense airport, and a primary training site for p-47 pilots(yea, i'm trying to lure you guys too.)

also, there is a local guy to nj based on this airport who owns a spitfire, p-51, b-25, beech staggerwing, and a few other gems.

this could be a great time for some of us almost old cartoon geek pile-its. ESPECIALLY YOU PIPZ!!! you gots no excuse....you live too close.  :devil

I may go. Years ago, and several employers back, I had a client at that airport. They sold/repaired aircraft parts and avionics..for the life of me I can't remember the name.  :headscratch:
