Title: cant create account

hey guys.i just got a new laptop and decided to start playing again(various reasons)when i try to creat my account it tells me to call a number about creating it,whys that?i havnt been able to call it because ive been so busy so i was just wondering if some1 could help me.thanks

May not be what you want to hear but I'd suggest calling the number, they can give you the most accurate information not to mention it being totally correct.
Of course call during business hours in Texas.

thanks fuzeman.i would but getting off work at 1630 there closed by the time i get home.and calling during work isnt somthing i can do
