Vaguely accurate FUD
Another instance of over simplifying things for the sake of a dilettante public.  Reluctance to delve into the technicalities which is just what causes "NASA" to get away with so much inefficiency.  Same ignorance and apathy that allows orders of magnitude more waste in social programs which (and this isn't waxing about left or right or any particular policy, only the plain common non-sense of it all  IE a cultural problem, not political) don't nearly get as bad a rap as NASA's few-billion dollar "waste".

E.G. why argue such a video while at the same time plunk down tens or hundreds or thousands of times more into other programs, with the same flawed criteria - make-work with no regard for aggressively improving results?

The video isn't even accurate on its MAIN argument.  Ridiculous!  And this gets passed along like it was some truth.  Without even any reality checking on the facts.   Hows that for an excuse for depression?

Where to find accurate information:

Many industry insiders and veterans, some personally involved in space related legislation.

Yes it is a gross simplification...but it's also true.
