Title: removing Skins in ah folder

I have all skins DL and want to remove some from out of my folder I do not ever use,they are just taking up space..I wrote down the names in-game but when I went into my skins folder,they are all ,res folder and I dont know which is which..Is what I am wanting to do even possible?

Go to the AH skins (http://www.hitechcreations.com/Flight-Sim/World-War-Two-Planes/downloads-skins-art.html) page and match the files rez numbers with the skin names
