Was taken offline, when I got tired of the dweebery in the MA...

I don't know how to get that pixelated feeling out of the clouds, been trying to get it out, but can't figure it out. If anyone know how please PM me...

Try blurring or softening up the edges of the clouds/sky. Maybe the word I'm looking for is 'blend'.
Something to that affect I think may work.

Nice work amaze but the sky seems a little too blue. Also where did you get that logo for AH, I have been searching high and low for it.

Pretty nice.  Have you tried separating the sky and then applying Gaussian Blur?  That might help with getting rid of the banding.

Here's a sample (levels adjusted to make it easier to see):
