spies should be banned from this game IMO. but what can you do, their hands are everywhere.

Too complicated.  You should be allowed to switch at will, but only to the low number side.  Otherwise, the current system is fine.

thats ok, but i dont like this idea. sure defecting is fine but it would give spies to much privlage.

What's the point on switching all the time? I understand if things really suck you want to go to a different country, but then why would you want to go back?

I stayed on one side for 5 years now, works fine for me.

Maybe the highest ranking officers should decide what country you fly with.  Today a certain squad had 2 members on Bish and Rook.  Bish had there cv way out of the way.  We found four or more sets of 234's making a direct line of flight for the CV's.  We chased them down and found what all Bish were suspecting from them.  I don't think a squad should be able to be on different sides for one and maybe the text buffer should announce on 200 who switches sides.  After there failed attempt one of those spies switched back over to rooks.

I'm not defending anyone, but you don't know for a fact how they found out about the CV. Maybe some guy scouting in a 262 sow it and reported it on country, you guys just did not see him?

so one squaddie will leave the squad for an hour to switch and help his squaddies out then rejoin once on the same side. Theres no way around spying. the current systems fine and HTC will doubtfully change it <S>

Normally I would not care on this issue except for an incident that happened yesterday in Mid war. Bish had just captured a port with a certain individual that will remain nameless.

So on to the next base were the same individual spawned in behind me surveyed who what & where every one was in GV's. Then towered out & promptly flipped sides & proceeded to kill off all that he could with a B25H.

I'm also in favor of being able to switch immediately but I would put a perk cost on it and make it rather expensive (500 perks or so) and if you don't want to immediately switch then you have to wait the hour.

You can't have a proper witch hunt without names.

For me it's been 3 years minus the first month or two where I didn't know any better.  :D

Spies should remain part of the game, because they were heavily used in WWII by ALL sides.

Except for the fact of what happened when they got caught in WWII.

You know what, if you can "prove" beyond a reasonable doubt, that I'm giving sensitive information to the enemy. Then you can kill my online account and force me to start over again. As close to standing me up against a wall as you can come in an online game.

Not near as many spies as people think. There are however a number of people who are extremely good at guessing where the next enemy mission will show up at.

Except for the fact of what happened when they got caught in WWII.

good point, if a spy is cuaght then they should be removed from the team their spying on and be fined 200 perks.

And you would prove this how??
Last thing we need in this game is an addition to feed the paranoia to the desktop commandos when things dont go their way.
