is this computer good for the high res txetrue pack
I HAVE A 4gb video card is that good for highr es textrue pack?
-
That seems like an awful lot of gigs for a video card.
Are you sure??
And a little more info would be helpful in determining whether your comp was high res. capable.
Good luck.

betting the system memory is 4gb and the video card is 512mb or 1gb...
olds...do a start > run > then type in dxdiag...save it as a text file on your desktop...copy and paste just the system info and the video card info
-
it says its to long to post on here
(srry for my stupidy)
-
just copy from the words system information to dxdiag notes and paste it in your reply.
then scroll down to display devices and high light from there to deinterlace caps copy and past that under the stuff you just pasted...
that will give the necessary info
-
hope this helps

-
good job olds... :aok
just so you know, this is not your video card memory...
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 4092MB RAM
it is the RAM everyone is talking about when they ask "how much RAM do you have"...a.k.a. system memory
this is your video card memory...
Dedicated Memory: 1014 MB
as drediock said...you should be able to run the hi-res pack...although you may take a frame rate hit without making other adjustments...don't use any shadow textures though
