That is actually impressive.  Funny to see a few of the band members be coy and stand still.  How do you stand still during that song???  LOL.   :D

Purdue seriously needs to steal this.  We play a White Stripes song as the start of the second half of basketball games... no one claps any more to it, White Stripe broke up... that song should be replaced...with this!

Also the Girl In Red seems to be a minor celebrity cause of the first video.  I find that hilarious.

Stanford's Band. All I need to say. Who else can get banned from other schools and make sure a bowl game doesn't have a halftime show?

I know some of the people playing in that band I live pretty close to GMU they have a great band program.  Their head director for the concert band is Dennis Layendecker and was the director for the United States Air Force Band (not an United States Air Force band but The) he is a great guy and also extremely good at explaining what he wants you to do in a song.  He came to my high school last week and helped us prepare for our band festival.

Here is a link to the air force band when this guy was conducting for them.

The song we are currently playing is First Flights it is at that link.  It entails these three movements.  The song is dedicated to the the wright flyer.

First Flights Suite/Morning's Cold - A Day for History

First Flights Suite/The Kittyhawk "Flyer"

First Flights Suite/"Success Four Flights..."
