Title: Strat disappearing after zone base capture : possible fix?

I had an idea the other day, thought I'd get it out there.

Instead of having a strategic target disappear instantly once a particular 'zone'
field has been captured, why not, instead, have it stay where it is when the other
'spawns'?

Here's the catch : after the factories retreat, the primary (first) strat no longer
'regenerates' itself. This would allow a country to continue hitting the target.
It solves the issue of having a large bomber raid inbound, and a strat disappearing
just after bombs away.

When a particular area of the strat reaches a certain percentage destroyed, say
85%, that section and that section only disappears.

Thoughts?
