Title: Two week trial done in 15 seconds?

Been trying to get my brother into this game for a while. Figured getting him some air time might do the trick. So we get an account set up for him, type it into my living room computer....

Poof, instant "Your two week trial has expired, please subscribe."

Huh?  :huh

Does the program itself need to be re-installed for his account to work? (It is already installed on both my machines. I'll fly in the other room if the GF is working on her computer. She's not a fan of constant "boomhower" vox chatter. "Bang-bang-turnleft-checkitcheckit-wtgbuddy")

Anyone know what I have to do?

You probably can't create more than one free account on one computer, otherwise the game would be full of scamers.

I believe accounts are tied to an IP address.  So if you are using a router to share a single IP from your Internet Provider, you're out of luck.  You should contact HTC by either email, BBS Private Message (to Skuzzy) or phone call to come up with a solution.  Or, I'm sure Skuzzy will reply to this thread tomorrow.
