64 x 64 bitmap, place it in your SQUADS directory.  Use the upload nose  art toggle under 'squads' in AH.  It may take a couple of days for it to show since your noseart has to be 'approved' (apparently) by HTC.

Squad folder is within the Aces High program on your Hard drive.
