Title: IE 9 - Release Candidate (RC)
Post by: ozrocker on March 04, 2011, 08:59:29 AM
For those of us that use Internet Explorer, IE 9 RC is available at Microsofts site.
It's a bit different. 1st noteable item is, search is from address bar.
2nd is it's faster. Taking a bit to get used to, but seems ok to me so far.

Had problems with memory leaks using Firefox on my Laptop and went to Chrome... I'll try IE9 again soon and see how it goes.

Faster with regular pages, less available add-ons. User interface little weird.

Interface might be wierd but you scrap 80% of the useless icons and space from firefox or IE. Very usefull on laptops or small screens. The next Chrome version coming soon will be even more compressed.
