Why does the gunsite change and the information card on the dash disappear?

Take a look, you see the 'No Hand Hold' sign near the start (in english, not german???), then later it's gone and the gunstie config is totaly different.

Good eye mechanic ..Look's to me it went from a 109 to the pony ? or from the pony to the 109 I should say ..

Hope you only fly one or two different types, or have recently won the lotto.

Lol I stick to the 109, spit VIII and B17 mostly, but I fly every plane in the game....*plays lotto* c'monnnn I need my fix!
