Title: Bomber Spawn-Engines Out

When spawning N-E in the air, using B-17's @ 20k, only the left-outer engine is running on the lead plane.  Have to shut down the engines and restart to get them all going.  This was in the offline TA.  Haven't tried any other multiple engine planes yet.
