Title: My Friend Is Having an issue

From what he says, he is getting an error that HTC is changing servers everytime he logs in. Could this be on your end, he had jsut signed up for a subscription too.

Doubt its HTC's end, or this board would be overwhelmed with everyone else complaining. Ensure he's allowed the game through his firewall etc. Ask him to push a dxdiag/pingplotter onto the boards (either through you or directly)

It sounds like he is losing the connection to HTC servers and it suggest he tries switching. He should run pingplotter to see what his connection is to the servers. If he has any "red" that is where his problem is.

EDIT: LOL!!! boy I'm typing slow tonight!

Sounds to me like he logged in as the servers were going from prime time to non... or vice versa.
