did I miss something, Arena shut down at 21:00 UK instead of 22:00, 22:00 was bad enough but 21:00 is just plain daft. :uhoh

U.S. moved up the daylight savings date a few years back so that puts us out of sync with the rest of the world that's still on standard time for a couple of weeks.

I submitted a plan whereby instead of the clocks 'springing' forward one hour they would 'fall' back 23 hours achieving the same effect but giving us two Saturdays. I haven't heard back yet.

Frankly I like when the sun stays out until 6:30 PM instead of 5:30 and it's a massive savings in energy use which is why AZ (or Hawaii) doesn't have it. You'd just run the AC longer.

i got into an argument with my friend over what time the sun would rise and she kept contradicting her own statement without realizing it :lol
"so if the sun comes up at 5:30 approx, when would it come up if 5:30 was actually 6:30?"
"you're wrong! would the sun just randomly go higher in the sky like that?! the sun would still rise at 5:30!!!" :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl
That conversation went on for a good half hour the day before the switch :rofl
