Title: lost CBM

Ok now I have the blue header bar but no CBM. Any ideas how to get it back?

I swear I really do hate this piece of software.

Well if all fails, exit the program and then run it again.

Doh! The thing was dragged up all the way from the bottom. Silly me.

At least you have a CBM.  When I was on vacation last week, I brought my work laptop (Windows 7 Enterprise, all buggered up with corporate security junk) and had to use the TE with no CBM.  For the life of me I couldn't get the CBM window to show.  It works fine on my home PC with Vista Ultimate.
