Title: Enable text highlight for non-CM

During the recent BOG the axis CO would often reply on green text ch.2 to PMs or other radios probably because there was so much to coordinate. It's not the first time I've seen that in a scenario.

Can you code a feature whereby a CM can enable highlight (i.e. ".brighttext akkuya 1") where that person's text is then a different color? Set it apart from the CM teal color. Maybe make it yellow or purple or some other color that stands out a bit.


Just a thought. It would be only something CMs can set, and only during specific events.

I'd like the option to set up a sort of command structure in a squadron, IE:

Squad leader : text colour one
Squad XO : text colour two
Next rank in chain
next rank etc.

Can be enabled/disabled by a squad leader, perhaps a checkbox to make
only certain ranks have their bright text while the others retain theirs.
IE : only the squad leader and XO, or only squad leader, will have their
special text.
