Italy had the third most beautiful a/c of ww2 after the french and in 1st place its the Soviets with the La-5!  :devil

what type of engine did the g.55 have? was it german or an italion one?

It had and Italian built version of a DB605A, which was called an Alfa romeo RA1050 RC 58, same as the macchi 205 and the Re.2001, thse were refered to as the "5 seirie" of italian a/c

To be honest I have always been fond of the D.520

haha and yeah, I ment to 2005 not 2001, dont know what I was thinking of
