Title: "Supernatural" Hockey Save

Saw this earlier today. The shot got past the goalie and was headed right into the net when it "magically" made a right hand turn and missed the net completely.
It looks like to me he may have caught it with the butt of his stick or a pad. Then again maybe he used his "supernatural powers!!!"  :rofl

hit the top of his arm on the pad then bounced off...

Many years ago (way too many to recall the exact game) I was watching a football game, where the Quarterback got sacked just as he was throwing the ball.  The ball went straight up, tumbled around a bit, then straightened itself out to go down field to the receiver.  Never saw anything like it again.

Looks like it hit the goalie's arm which put spin on it and eventually changed it's course.

 Hard to tell from the camera angle but I bet the puck was on the ice and caught a groove in the ice that changed it direction.

  Or the Hockey Gods were on his side that nite...... :noid

Don't think supernatural powers are much invested in sporting events. Pretty cool vid though.

The camera is not directly above the goalie, just a bit behind. It just bounced. I felt a bit  :rolleyes: the first time though.

Just to make it clear, I don't believe any "supernatural powers" made the puck turn. Just making fun of what I read.
