Title: Scenario skins

Since AH uses so many planes in scenarios that are substitutes for others and obviously HTC can't make every plane, we should be allowed to make and use skins of those planes for the sake of scenarios only.  Especially when planes of other countries are used. ie: German planes in Japan. Not sure if this is possible to separate skins in MA from Events.
