What I've been craving for years is a slice of "Momma's Pie". It was something my Granny used to bake. Sort of a hybrid cross between pecan and mincemeat. It was delicious and I've never seen anyone else that knows how to make one, but this is as close as I've found.

This is about the only thing on my list these days.

Get, it appears I am eternally on a diet

I DO have some tasty lo-cal, lo-fat, almost no-carb recipes with the same main items in that picture.

"Mediteranian Tomato Salad"
"Oriental Green Beans"
"Greek Cucumber Sauce"  (for chicken, lamb, or beef)
"Tomato Red Sauce with Diced Tomatoes"  (for chicken or baked fish)

Indian, Indonesian, Chinese all are lo-fat, lo-carb and VERY tasty.

Looks exactly like the ones my mama makes. Unfortunately. My mamma lives in Fla.

Well, I was thinking about taking a trip down there anyway in a few weeks. Now I may have to.
