Title: Aviation Science.
Post by: Bored123 on April 01, 2011, 10:56:59 AM
So, after getting out of the Marine Corps, and not really doing much of anything the past few months. I decided to take advantage of my GI Bill and go back to school, the school im attending has a partnership with the local airport flight schools. You take some classes up at the college and do your flight training all the way up through Private pilot, instrument, commercial, multi engine up through CFI. I just got 100% on our first quiz and today is my first flight here in about an hour and half, pretty excited....the best part besides the flying is that, i actually am getting paid through the GI Bill to do this. That 5 years in the Corps was so worth it.

enjoy it. That's what I want to do but I'm stuck at the local community college doing my gen. ed. right now because I don't have the money for an aviation program.
