Title: No Chat

I would like for it to show a (NC) or something next to a players name on the roster to indicate that they have no chat privs.

I feel like a schmuck when someone sends me a <S> or tries to contact me in some way, and I don't respond.

My reputation as an arrogant stunninghunk is growing exponentially. (Not what I was going for. :lol)

Maybe you might consider responding-at least on occasion.  :aok  Perma-sqelch for you might work?  :)
