So, every year the Collings Foundation comes out here to Concord, CA with their WWII planes. Was looking up the tour dates, and it turns out that they are having a 262 with them this year! :O :O :O :O :O :O :O :O :O :O :O :O :O
My heart literally skipped a beat when I saw this. So very excited.

Is it this one? Taken a few years ago at Paine Field. We toured their facility, and they happen to be rolling her out that day with some other WW2 stuff for a video

Is that a 2 seater?
Yes.

Is that a 2 seater?
No, the pilot had extra long legs so the seat had to be moved back. :devil

Watson's Wizards have arrived. ;)

Wow, that would be awesome to actually see in person, and was colmbo serious that they will be offering rides in it, I mean if it's true what would that cost?
-
They also offer stick time in a two seater P-51C. Don;t know prices for 262 put for the pony its about $2k for 30 minutes ~$3k for an hour. Worth it once I retire, lol.

Wow that's a lot of money. If it's that much for the P-51 then I can only imagine what they'd ask for the 262, but I'm sure they'll be people lining up to pay it.
