I was really looking forward to see Del Toro's idea of Hobbit but Jackson is probably at least the second best, if not the best, option to direct this one. At least the Hobbit will be more in line with earlier films, dunno if that is good or not...

I'm stoked! Is Ian McKellan coming back as well? Couldn't recognize the face behind the thick white beard in the youtube video.
