Title: best Lan combat sim, is there one?

Not sure where to post this question.  Does anyone have an opinion they would like to share about what combat sim is good for lan play.

Pembquist, not sure there are any lan only combats sims out there (less you mean something like COD, MOH etc)

He he, more than likely - I find odd things really funny - my therapist puts it down to the strain of living in the desert - or that may have been the voices.

No question about it. The best LAN combat sim can be found by searching for older versions of Aces High.

Or Mechwarrior II.

We had some amazing lan parties in the mid-90s with that combat sim.

We also played warbirds head to head and air warrior.

Mechwarrior living legends. If I could describe the toejam fight that was last night for 4 hours on 1 map, aircraft, tanks, mechs, BAs, artillery - it'd make you weep.
