Title: Foo Fighter moments?
Post by: jay on April 21, 2011, 10:41:20 PM: anyone else had moments where you see a dot but when you go in to look at it turns out to dissapear?

happened earlier to me in my P38,went to help a bomber i thought had 2 enemies on him,called out on radio to him and he said nothing was there and when i got near the black dots disapeared

I used to see them a lot but haven't in a while. While flying with VF-17 last year Bonesaw figured out what we were seeing was some kind of glitch that would appear when somebody opened their kneeboard.

omg! ive seen it too. it looked like a B-25 or B-24 for me!
