I went last night.
Pyro. Moshpit. Circle of Death. Jumping Hoarde.
Just.... wow.
My entire body, voice, head, hearing, as well as every muscle. Is clinically dead. Only my Adrenaline, the fact its Easter, and Australias Veterans day on monday. Is keeping me alive.
I cannot describe the whole show but the song list was:
Animal
Asylum
The Game
Indestructible
Prayer
Haunted
Down With The Sickness
Inside the Fire
Infection
Another Way To Die
Warrior
Stupify
And of course, the most memorable moment. The opening riff of inside the fire came on. The crowd screams and hurls their fists into the air David: HAHHAHAHHAA.... FLAMES shoot up out the back of the stage, and go for the whole song. Everyones Jumping fists in the air, singing along.
Was incredible.

saw them on 3/18 (my 3rd time seeing them) and it was a great show, korn was before them, 7dust before korn, in this moment before 7dust. :rock :rock

+1, Disturbed is good, but for hard rock or metal, or whatever you call it, they're a little soft.

Nice! I'm definitely going to see them next chance I get. I got into them about 6 months ago and I've only liked them more and more since then. :aok

This.

If you're in the mosh pit, stay in the middle or you could get "picked" by the guys who are afraid to enter the pit but rather take random swings at people from the outside.
Reminds me of the main arena.

To be honest, I never really listened to A7X, or Killswitch Engage, I could possibly like them, but I've never really heard any of their songs. I actually really only listened to stuff like Rancid, Time Again...etc, more or less in the Punk/Pop Punk Genre. I was first introduced to bands like As I Lay Dying and All That Remains and then I heard FFDP and fell in love with all of them immediately. :rock

No, just another craptastic band that is polluting the airwaves these days.
ack-ack

Been in too many mosh pits and it is fun to fling the timid ones in there.

They're okay, but I'd rather hear Disturbed on my radio than Lil Wayne any day. ;)

Was at a Circa Survive concert a couple years ago with my brother's friend Nick and we went into a mosh pit and he found the biggest guy in there and decked him right in the back of the head. This guy who was probably about 6'5'' and 250lbs picked him up by his hair and slammed him on the ground. Definitely scared me, but I ended up having a lotta fun anyways and I love mosh-pits!!! (and I was only in like 9th grade when this happened. :lol )

out of pure curiosity, ack-ack, what music do you listen to? (i really do mean pure curiosity...never seen one of your posts in one of these threads describing your preferred genre)

lucky. their too soft for me, but deffinitily would love to see them live. always did enjoy Shadows' lyrics and voice.

One of the best concerts I've ever been to, they put on a great show.

Who is the cheesehead who brought "timid" into Aces High.
This is the only game/sim where I see it used and the only forums where it is way overused.
There has to be a single person who brought this blight upon us.
-
Disturbed is soft. But it depends what you define soft as.
You see, they still manage, to have a talented vocalist and lyrics with meaning. Their guitarists and drummers are exceptional. Not to mention their live shows are amazing.
I like to hear the music, and hear the lyrics. The bands everyone else regards as "hardcore" just plays really fast and screeches into a microphone.... sounds like a cat dying.
Trivium is an Aussie band, they were awesome.
yeah, throwing the scared into there is always fun! :rock
-
Disturbed has some good songs. My first mosh pit experience was back around 2000 for RATM's Battle of Los Angeles tour. :rock
-
Soft/heavy as a measure of quality in music is the most idiotic thing I've ever seen. Even worse than slow/fast.

Nice contribution.
