Title: A couple of GV bugs in training arena.

Not all of the GV bases in the training arena have the M4-75 & M4-76 enabled.

Also when you first up an M8,T34-76,T34-85 in the training arena you default back to the interiors of the tanks. Once you change from the old drivers position it is no longer an option.
