Well thanks to the new GV system (which IMO is awesome good job HTC) and the m3 75 i landed 3 kills. 2 on pnzrs 1 on an m4 and an assist on a tiger :D
So i was wondering would this level of carnage be possible in such a vehicle because i thought it rather unlikely after landing the kills and getting 12 perkies out of it. :devil

Apparently so!

The limited success the M3 75mm had in the war wasn't due to the 75mm cannon it had but rather the tactics used early on by the M3 tank killing crews in North Africa, specifically the actions during the Battle of the Kasserine Pass.

Well i was wondering more if this was possible because the M3 is a rather "fragile" frame compared to a more traditional tank.
I can see the advantage already in its speed, manuverability, and relatively low profile as far as tactics and flanking. That becomes obvious when driving along at 50 mph and shells are missing either way over, short, infront, or behibd you. :joystick:

the M-18 was fragile.

the M-18 was fragile.
True enough but the m-18 was I dont want to say pure-bred tank, but it ws designed for that purpose while the m-3 wasnt.

you takin yer chances in the m3 with the 75, 12 perks sounds about right.. any plane with guns spots ya, yer a gonner.

Yea I realize the risk and I upped it just to see what it could do and at the time we had air superiority. Normally in a multi-axis fight (planes and gv's) i wouldnt up it.
