What I was thinking. I've known a couple russian guys, but neither of them sounded like that.

He's from Georgia IIRC (and not the former SSR)

Yeah, that's how he does his video, the accent is a joke, he doesn't expect you to believe it.  There have been some funny ones, but I'm not a huge fan of his.
