Title: 17 lbr bug since new tank update

Hi I have noticed this bug and can recreate it.

If you are in a 17 lbr soft gun there is no longer a 360 degree view to look about, however F3 F4 and F5 views still function.  I found that when you then go to the tower by using .ef or "end sortie" while in one of these views, the whole view/screen area bugs out and you can no longer view the clipboard or operate the clipboard.  I had to alt+f4 to get out of the game and back in again.  I tried it a second time and it happened again.

actually I think it's still a little screwy. one still cannot zoom out fully and there's no view outside of the sight. essentially like being stuck in #2 in a tank. maybe there needs to be a "commanders view" for 17lb field guns also.
