us jokers keep losing squaddies everytime yall come out with a patch. They say their frames jump like crazy. Im losing squaddies n friends and youre losing money so figure it out.

LOL!!! stay away from your namesake for a bit until your head clears.
If your losing squadies after an update they were ready to leave anyway. Anyone quitting before they give HTC a chance to run off a patch or two was looking for a reason to quit.
-
So what problem are you having, specifically? I cannot offer any suggestions to help improve anything without some baseline to work with.
There really is nothing I can offer anyone who choses to leave the game, instead of asking for help.

I am beginning to think I got better things to do, game crashing, loss of settings bah.
-
I've been getting dumped to the desktop when switching arenas - never happened before. I'm patient enough to wait for a patch or two to see if it gets better - not worth quitting over.
Vista Ultimate 64-bit running as Admin, etc., etc.

Is there a small group that tests the new version before release? How does the de-bugging work? Not trying to start anything just curious.

Glad I haven't had any of these problems. Vista 32 Bit
I don't know why you would lose squaddies, because of an update.
Maybe they're hearts just ain't in the game...
I would suggest a filtration system, so when you recruit squad members, let them
know what they're getting into. Like any game, there's going to be ups and downs.
How often have you actually seen a 1 on 1 with the creator of the game, and all the
Tech-Support that is available?
Just sayin...

I'm sure they have several different types of computers with various popular configurations. Obviously they cannot test for every permutation of motherboard, BIOS, RAM, video/audio hardware, software (like Windows, Firewalls, Antivirus, etc. - including versions and drivers)...just to name a few variables. I suggest all the people (not directed at you) that are so quick to jump on HTC for "not testing their updates...blah, blah" pack up their systems and ship them in to HTC so they may have a room full of unstable home-built systems for the real acid test of their updates.
