Can i map the range adjuster to something on my joystick instead of the mouse wheel? The wheels on my X-52 pro would be perfect for this.

I did, on my X52. I used the thumb wheel down on the side of the throttle. Works very nicely.

when mapping, what is it listed under?

I did the same and used the mouse click button/"i" button to switch from commander to gunner and the "D" button to zoom in (on tanks that are capable). Awesome setup. :aok
EDIT: Also, I mapped the index finger hat switch on the throttle as my drive and steering control. In effect, all driving and position changing controls are on the throttle and the views, turret and fire controls are tied to the joystick. Works really slick.

Is there any way to use an analog control for steering? I mapped the A, D, W, S keys to the cross hat on my throttle which is much better than using the keyboard but pretty jerky. It would be great to use analog inputs like the rudder pedals for steering.

Analog steering was removed on the recent update but there's a rumour it might come back....

It's not a rumor, Hitech posted that he would add it back along with a gauge and gear I'd in the commanders position
