No, it doesn't.

CM Eye controls: Under View, assign a button to CM Eye Move Forward, another to CM Eye Move Back, and (optional) CM Eye Move Map. While holding the move forward button, your assigned elevator and aileron axis' will control the camera's pitch and roll, and the throttle will control forward movement (reverse movement for Move Back). Move Map points you straight down with the top of the screen facing north, and uses the stick to control movement N, E, S, and W with the throttle acting as a sensitivity modifier.

Hope that helps.

[F5] Will put you in God Mode, as long as you are in the proper plane/bomber.
[F1] Returns you to the cockpit.

As far as the E68 goes, while in God Mode, I don't have a clue.  Never tried it.
So, I guess that really doesn't answer your question...

CM Eye ('God Mode') cannot be used in flight/vehicle; that is a different type of view. When you are in a plane, the E6B will work no matter where you're looking.

When your in CM God mode, part of you is still in the tower. Your range vox will show others in the tower, etc.

Your viewpoint is out on the map, but your not in a vehicle of any kind, so no E6b won't, and should not work.

It's a free camera you can move anywhere on the map. I already described how to use it. It's not enabled in the MAs, but it is in the TA.

I think some people are confusing terms.

To most people, "God View" means hitting F5 from the tower or manned gun and hitting F8 to go into pan-view mode.  This puts you up over the top of your position so you can look around, more like "bird's eye view".

The real "God View", or more accurately "CM Eye View" is exactly as Mar and Ghosth described.

That's what I was doing...
