 Yes. If you look at the MOL /d ratio you can see how much I drag them down  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I'm not sure.  I don't know if it's fighter sorties, fighter-bomber sorties, tank sorties, C-47 sorties, or what.  Obviously your K/D will vary greatly depending on what type of missions you fly.  I ignore it.
