Is there supposed to be something here?  Did a search, but that ain't working right now.

No, only the Finnish skins have that white area, now I dont know what its supposed to be but its ok.  :aok

Often times, and you'll see this in P-40s as well, there was a white cheat sheet, made of paper (sometimes behind a thin plane of plastic) and it would have certain readouts on it, or it could be flipped over or spun around to show more info on the back.

It's essentially a note area, if it's what it looks like.
