The M4 VC FF Is Slow... 20 MPH Top Speed.

Manned Field Guns, Ostwind and Wirbelwind Turrent, And Pintle Guns... All Seem To Jump (Hiccup) When Rotated 360 Degrees.

You are probably rotating your view 360^o faster than the gun can rotate and the gun starts to follow in the direction of rotation but then "jumps" back in the other direction to catch up with your "view".
