What does it mean when it says "Parolee" under someone's name? Just curious.

it means they have been a very naughty boy and skuzzy has let them back on the board for good behaviour.

So what does it really mean? Is it for people who were banned and got back to the forum?

If so I don't think such things should be announced, ex: when someone gets banned HTC does not announce it.
