B29's are disabled in the orange arena tonight. Tagma map.
Is this going to be an ongoing problem?
If I paid only half my monthly fees would HTC just continue to take an excuse of "I forgot"?
Nothing wrong in me asking for the service I pay for.

so you maintain your subscription just for the ability to fly the b-29? what did you do before it was put in the game?
i'll rule #4 myself before i get started on the rant...

and I probably will be ending my account in a few days anyway. New GV set-up, too many bugs and problems after updates and new versions. Never used to have this problem, like the guys are getting a little careless in their work. Anyway, its getting where its always something going wrong or poorly thought out with the supposed advancements in the game. I have a limited time to enjoy the game and when I get on to find my favorite aircraft disabled (twice now, and regardless how new or old it is) it is very annoying.

A whine has been recorded. Here are my solutions to correcting this problem for you:
1. Switch countries
2. Pick a different base
3. Fly a different bomber
4. Go outside and play
5. Read a book
6. Rage quit and resubscribe to WoW
Any of these options should work. In the meantime, why not post a bug report that has more relevant and useful information other than " :cry the B29 is disabled, screw you HTC!!!". Perhaps maybe you will be taken more seriously.

This guy posts crap like this and then expects respectful replies and instant action from HTC. Customer relations only go so far. If it was my company I would have already decided you whining isn't worth the $15. Good luck with what ever game you play on getting thrown out of next.

For the wet-behind-the-ears amongst us, NEW PLANES are not by default enabled in ALL ARENAS sometimes.
Why? Because those maps were around before the new planes were. Sometimes when the map changes the server folks (you know? HTC?) think they've already accounted for the new rides, but sometimes one or two slip through.
What does this mean? It means quit freaking out!
Respectfully report it, and often times Skuzzy (or whomever) will fix it ASAP and the problem is resolved. It is an easy fix, and the problem is not some intentional slight towards you. It's an oversight in a simple setting.
Now you know.

Imo Asleep should receive compensation for the one day that he was not able to fly the B29. So... (1 day/30 days)*(1/90 planes)*$15 = 0.56 cents
That's half a penny of reimbursement I feel that asleep is entitled to.

Sorry guys, I know most of you are used to accepting sub-standard service while paying full price, thats where I depart the norm. I have no problem asking someone to deliver on their product, I see nothing wrong with it. I guess thats why I succeed in business and am recruited heavily.
I am really excited about the 1/2 cent though.

If you're talking value for your dollar, I'd say Aces High more than delivers (IMO). A few months ago we didn't have the B-29, and now, at no extra cost to you, we've got that and more.
P.S. Send a self-addressed stamped envelope to me and I'll get that half a penny in the mail right away.

You know, I work in a new car dealer. And that whole 'I'll never, ever, buy from you again' BS, I hear almost everyday. Quit trash talking the service guy. He'll be all the more willing to help you out. We all want people to deliver on their product. You dont have to act like a (word edited out) over it. Be nice. You'll live happier.

in the business world there is the concept of realistic expectations...something that probably hasn't entered your cranial realm. let's talk about your perception of substandard service, when you go to a fast food place, do you still expect the ketchup to be in a nice little plastic container that is easy to open? why not? you're paying more for your order and getting less service. do you get all uptight when they hand you an empty drink cup and tell you to help yourself to the soft drink machine? why not? you're paying more for less service.
here you're about talking stupid over 1 element that you actually did without for longer than you have had the ability to enjoy and you're acting like someone owes you something for a perceived inconvenience that has absolutely no bearing on the level of service you're getting for the subscription fee...if you were that successful in business, you wouldn't have time or desire to be playing video games and acting childish over something so minor.
