Title: Thanks folks!
Post by: Soulyss on May 17, 2011, 12:32:45 AM
Had a blast tonight between 107 and 122 in Late War Blue, a good fight that lasted for hours with some time for silliness thrown in for good measure.

The 38s definitely had a good time.  Lots of parts left all over the place, but good fun all around :)

I didn't get a film of it but the night ended with a B5N duel against Juggler.  After getting a few pings on him he gave me a PW when I wasn't as far under hit tail as I thought I was, in retaliation I rammed him and knocked off part of his wing then we both ran out of ammo and I tried to take us both out by diving into him after he hit the ground and was preparing to ditch.

Seemed like a suitable way to finish the evening. :)

What skin is that cactus?

The skin that probably won't ever see the real light of the online world of AH. It is his Uncle Cy's Angel skin that was submitted to HTC. It is not rotated into the game yet, unfortunately.

But my friend, you're mistaken if you want to stay away from B38s. The reason is that they are part of a great recipe that I only share with a select few people. But today I will be generous. The coveted recipe is:

You will need a horde of B38s to help blend your ingredients

Ingredients:
1-2 cups of diced Spit5s
1 tablespoon of Spit1
4 oz of Spit9s
1 package of Spit14
6 pounds of Spit8s
12 bags of Spit16s

Start by sauteing your Spit1s and Spit9s in a large iron skillet. You will want them to be browned and crispy, but not burnt. Using a turner, break them up into small bits as they are cooking. Drain the grease. Set them on a paper towel to let them dry. With a large pot, pour contents of the Spit14 in boiling water. Stir for five minutes until tender. Drain.

The final step is to combine your sauteed Spit1s and 9s and boiled Spit14 with the rest of your ingredients into the horde of B38s. Please allow the B38s to blend all remaining ingredients until the mixture has the consistency of whipped cream. Place in the fridge for 3 hours.

Serve your Spitfire mixture in a large glass of cubed ice. Enjoy.

Mmm, I like my spit mixture stirred with swizzle sticks made from 38 parts :aok

The larger and softer 38 parts not suited for swizzling, soI just fornicate with them, then cast them aside as used up old maidens  :neener:

GO to  H E L L  ! stabops  :furious

Cactus used the filmviewer to take those shots. He renamed one of his P38 skin files to the one he made himself. In this way, the filmviewer will show his custom made skin rather than the one already in the skins folder.
