Title: AXIS control alternative for GV accelerate and slow/reverse

You can control aircraft toe brakes in AH by either the keys c & v or by assigning them to an analog axis such as the toe axis on some pedal hardware.

It would be great if the accelerate W and slow/reverse S in GV's have a similar option. That way more people can drive a GV entirely from the pedals. It was great when the patch reinstated steering availablity to the "rudder" analog axis.  :x
