How do you turn this off or at least turn it down?

In the game, go to sounds preferences and find the music slider.

From the clipboard... Options > Preferences > Game Sounds --> Music slider on the left.

thanks i got it fixed. I think the first time i tried it i put the slider to full. Opps. thanks again
