How do you perform an offline mission? Do you have to install anything?

Go to  the Offline Missions section of this forum.  you will find some very good ones that you can download and play.
Unfortunately, none of them run at the moment.  Due, I think to the recent update.
A new mission editor will ( I hope ) be out soon.
