I kind of like this picture. A customers, customer was in a hurry to install 2 new chillers in a Hospital, but the factory was 6 weeks behind in sealing off the copper tubes with a grout ceramic type of polymer.

1. We put rubber stoppers in every hole. (how many?) we still have to do this 3 more times.
2. Then sandblast in a hospital basement without polluting the area (done this type of work before)
3. Take out rubber stopper and install corks till they stuck out to about 200 mils. (tubes stick out of steel plate at 125 mils.)
4. grout the entire area smooth. (7sq ft is $2000 worth of material. don't want to make a mistake)
5. remove corks (tricky part)... this is about where the pic was taken this morning. At first it was tough taking out the corks, but we found a solution.
6. finished 5 weeks ahead of factory.
Now enjoying the weekend.

having to do just the cork thing with that would make me rip my ears off and feed them to a bunny!
:bhead
at least your doing it for a good place so its gotta have some motivation of its own.

I should of had guitar players doing that part. Had 4 four guys in rotation, and they all complained of sore fingers.
