Title: Unable to connect to game manager.

Hi,

I have turned off the firewall in windows, uninstalled all virus etc software, got rid of Norton, Micro Trend and am still unable to connect to the game. Everything else connects to the Internet

Is this something new that is happening, or have you only just started to try and play online?

If you have only just started to play online it is possible the firewall in your router (if you use one) needs to allow AH to work properly. See

Thanks for your reply. It worked a while ago and nothing had changed on my PC. However, I have re installed the game and it is working now.
